These app-specific terms address your use of The Petty Clock, provided by Maker Frontier L.L.C. Apple’s standard end-user license agreement continues to govern the app license; these terms do not replace it.

Your content and sharing decisions

You are responsible for the text, names, photographs and other content you choose to enter, capture, import, save or share using The Petty Clock. You must have the rights and permissions required by applicable law to use and share that content. Consider other people's privacy before photographing them, naming them or disclosing information about them. Agreeing to these terms does not give you another person's consent.

Maker Frontier does not independently verify or endorse user-entered statements or allegations. Suggested captions are humor, not a determination of anyone's actions, intentions or obligations. A receipt reflects app inputs and timing calculations; it is not independent proof of another person's conduct. Review the complete receipt before sharing it. You choose its destination and recipient, and copies may remain with recipients or other services after you delete a clock.

Keep it petty, not harmful

The Petty Clock is intended for lighthearted personal recordkeeping. Do not use it to threaten, harass, stalk, bully, discriminate against, blackmail or coerce anyone; publish knowingly false factual accusations; disclose someone else's private information unlawfully; infringe their rights; or encourage violence or other unlawful conduct. The app is not an emergency service or a substitute for resolving a dispute safely.

Nothing in these terms prohibits lawful, honest reviews of Maker Frontier or its products, reporting concerns to authorities, or exercising rights protected by law.

Interpersonal disputes and limits

You are responsible for your communications and your decision to involve other people. Maker Frontier is not a party to disputes between you and other people and does not mediate them. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Maker Frontier is not responsible for user-created content or disagreements, relationship conflicts, distress or other consequences resulting from a user's misuse of the app or decision to share content.

This provision does not exclude or limit any liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited, and does not excuse Maker Frontier's own unlawful conduct.
